Role Overview

• The Key Account Executive, Project Cargo supports the growth of the Project Cargo business across key industrial verticals, including renewables, power & energy, rail & mobility, gigafactories, high & heavy equipment, and yachting.
• The role focuses on supporting key account management activities, identifying commercial opportunities, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver effective project cargo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of assigned key accounts within the project cargo portfolio
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, market developments, and customer needs
• Contribute to account plans and market penetration initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
• Act as a point of contact for customers on day-to-day commercial matters, ensuring timely coordination with sales, pricing, and project teams
• Prepare sales presentations, customer reports, market updates, and basic performance analyses
• Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and project proposals
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints through calls, meetings, webinars, and follow-ups
• Assist with organizing client visits and support participation in industry events and conferences
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Initial to intermediate experience (e.g., 1–3 years) in project cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or commercial roles
• Strong interest in project cargo and industrial logistics solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment
