Job Description
  • Be the custodian of Demand for 2 Key LOBs in the region (Viz. BTP and SCM) and work closely with the Regional Demand Head and CROs.
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Consolidate, analyze, and monitor demand from all sources to ensure a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline to bridge the R4Q Pipeline gap.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Digital teams to align demand generation efforts with business priorities and regional goals.
  • Pipeline Health Governance: Track and report on pipeline creation, quality, and conversion; identify gaps against targets and lead actions to close them.
  • Program Coordination: Drive cadence between campaigns, partner activations, and sales plays to avoid overlap and maximize reach and impact.
  • Anchor: Be the key anchor of top programs like APM, LOB, Big bets, etc. to maximize LOB yield from these programs.
  • Enablement: Ensure stakeholders are updated and support the CRO in their DG initiatives.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine the demand process, metrics, and orchestration model to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, sales pipeline dynamics, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to connect marketing, partner, and sales programs into one unified view.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., strong Excel and Presentation Skills).
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in running governance cadences and executive-level reviews.
