Job Overview

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for furniture and home décor. The Sales Executive will assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. Our goal is to help our customers create beautiful and comfortable homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on furniture selection
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
  2. Sales:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
    • Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing
    • Assist customers in completing purchases, including processing payments and arranging delivery
  3. Product Knowledge

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor product
    • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
  4. Store Operations:

    • Ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner
    • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock checks
    • Participate in store merchandising and display efforts
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Manage customer records and update the customer database
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
    • Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall business objectives
Job Requirements / Criteria
  • Singaporeans / PRs preferred
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; higher qualifications will be an advantage
  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle products, is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional in appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
  • Good team player with initiative and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with handling basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, payment processing)
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
