Job Highlights
  • Office Location: Near Ubi MRT, Singapore
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Salary Range: S$3,500 – S$4,500/month (commission available)

About the Company

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on generating new business and securing new projects
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with Lighting Consultants, Architects, and Interior Designers for lighting specifications
  • Promote company products and create brand awareness
  • Prepare marketing and technical presentation materials
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and explain features
  • Attend site walks and surveys to understand client requirements
  • Prepare sales quotations and tenders
  • Follow up on inquiries via email or calls
  • Assist clients with product usage and problem-solving
  • Manage projects, monitor progress, and ensure smooth completion
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including consultants and subcontractors
  • Provide timely project status updates to management
  • Attend to maintenance issues, including troubleshooting during Defects Liability Period (DLP)
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in construction materials, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of lighting products is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is preferred
