Role Purpose

We are looking for a driven and hands‑on Sales & Business Development Executive (Fulltime) to support our merchant acquisition and activation efforts across the F&B and retail sectors in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with merchants, and is passionate about digital payments and fintech.

The responsibilities we entrust you with
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new F&B and retail merchants to activate Fave QR and Pine Labs POS terminals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, pitching, closing, onboarding, and activation.
  • Support merchant training and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product, and marketing) to resolve merchant issues and improve onboarding processes.
  • Track and report on merchant acquisition metrics and funnel performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
What matters in this role
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant onboarding—preferably in fintech, F&B, or retail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel tracking is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Language Requirement: English + Malay or Mandarin
