Job summary

A construction and maintenance firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and foster client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing presentations, and providing after-sales support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings is preferred. Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers
  • Promote partnership initiatives, bridging partner interests to create win‑win outcomes
  • Continuously enhance sales and partnership acquisition processes
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Professionally negotiate and close deals, and address client objections or concerns
  • Provide after‑sales support and maintain client satisfaction
  • Gather market intelligence and customer data for reporting
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management
  • Meet individual sales targets, KPIs, and manage account receivables
  • Support the Business Development Head on any ad hoc projects or tasks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development
  • Experience in the pest control industry is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred
  • Willingness to travel Jurong Island for client meetings and attend industry events
