The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our labour supply services to meet the growing demand for skilled workers. This role demands a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and a focus on delivering high-quality workforce solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for labour supply services in the marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the workforce supply and service delivery.
  • Assess client needs for skilled labour and tailor workforce solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and bids to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
  • Negotiate labour supply agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely supply of qualified and skilled workers.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns regarding workforce performance or service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, workforce needs, and competitors.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote labour supply services.
  • Track and report on sales and business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Work with marketing and technical teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for labour supply services.
  • Continuously explore opportunities for business growth and expansion within the labour supply sector.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or labour supply management, preferably within the marine, construction, or oil & gas industries.
  • Strong understanding of the labour supply industry, including workforce requirements and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
