Job summary

A business consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify opportunities and build relationships with clients. Essential duties include liaising with Chinese-speaking clients, preparing proposals, and conducting market research. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Mandarin. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience working with clients in Greater China is an added advantage.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
