OFFICIALJOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced BD Executive with a strong background in B2B within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients in the F&B sector, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Non-F&B industry but with B2B experience will be considered.

- Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 9AM – 6PM and Sat 9AM to 1PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,400

Key Responsibilities
HORECA SEGMENT
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the F&B industry, targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders such as local supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and food service providers.
- In charge of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories/sales channel including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities as well as new market entry plan, analysis, budget and timeline.
- Form partnership with popular modern food retailer chains (e.g., supermarkets, convenient stores, grocery stores, BBQ wholesalers & gourmet food distributors, etc.) to distribute our range of pepper and related products. Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Partnership with Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Catering (HORECA) customers (hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, food kiosk chains) to provide B2B solutions and business co-operation for growth.
- Conduct regular product demonstrations & tastings at potential customers’ location.
- Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management. Improve brand footprint in Singapore.
E COMMERCE SEGMENT
- Set up social media and search ads (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok and 小红书).
- Create exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to ramp up sales volume.
- Create social media profiles and post engaging content including SEO and SEM.
- Launch targeted social media ads and Google Adwords campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Willingly to travel as and when required
- Experience in Business Development in FMCG, F&B or Hospitality sector is a bonus.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred with 2 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in food sales to local supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and cafes.
