- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Cash Benefits + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth initiatives for orthopaedic products across Singapore’s healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain direct engagement with surgeons, hospital leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Lead and manage tender submissions for public and private institutions, ensuring timely and competitive proposals.
- Organize and oversee clinical education programs, including workshops and in-theatre product demonstrations.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales and clinical professionals.
- Establish clear performance goals and career development plans to support team success.
- Actively support key accounts (public healthcare clusters and private hospital groups) through hospital visits, case coverage, and relationship management.
- Cultivate a results-oriented and collaborative team culture focused on accountability and excellence.
- Align product positioning with market demands through cross-functional collaboration and strategic insights.
- Monitor business performance, manage budgets, and ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership role in Medical or Healthcare industry.
- Knowledge and experience with Orthopaedic Devices is highly preferred.
- Proven success in direct hospital engagement and tender management in Singapore.
- Good network of decision maker within the healthcare/ surgeon industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
