As Business Development Director, your scope of duties and functions will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Pipeline Management and Business Growth
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Focus on capital-raising initiatives for our Funds and projects, with an emphasis on opportunities in Indonesia.
2. Proposal and Presentation Development
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials.
- Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships, especially those that advance our strategic growth in Indonesia.
3. Marketing Strategy Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals, ensuring alignment with market-specific nuances in Indonesia.
4. Indonesia Market Focus
- Leverage an in-depth understanding of the Indonesian market to identify and pursue relevant business prospects.
- Cultivate local partnerships, networks, and stakeholders to bolster the Company’s footprint in Indonesia.
- Stay current on local regulations and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
5. Reporting and Performance Evaluation
- Report directly to the General Manager on all business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively to establish annual KPIs, ensuring they reflect both quantitative targets and qualitative objectives.
