Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching and identifying government project tender opportunities that align with the company's expertise and offerings.
• Collaborate with the audit and account team to prepare and submit tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and documentation standards.
• Support the marketing manager in creating compelling proposals for potential clients and government projects.
• Gather and organize relevant information, case studies, and data to strengthen the proposals.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the proposal content reflects the company's capabilities effectively.
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Search Engine Optimisation for the company website via Umbraco CMS.
