Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing and Business Development team. In this role, you will collaborate with fee earners to drive strategic business development initiatives and enhance the firm’s market presence.

Key responsibilities include
  • Proposal and Pitch Development: Partner with fee earners to create compelling RFPs, presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with client needs and showcase the firm’s expertise.
  • Directory and Award Submissions: Support the preparation and submission of rankings, awards, surveys, league tables, and other recognitions for assigned practice groups, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm objectives.
  • Content Management: Draft and edit practice/industry group descriptions, lawyer biographies, brochures, and client presentations to support business development efforts, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the firm’s business development infrastructure, including written collateral, experience databases, matter lists, contact lists, and opportunity tracking systems, ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and error-free.
  • Website Updates: Update practice and industry information on the firm’s website, coordinating occasional external republication to enhance visibility.
  • Special Projects: Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by department management and lawyers, contributing to strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives.
You should possess
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a relevant field.
