• Build full cost transparency across feedstock operations and supply chain.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margin performance.
• Provide strategic insights for sourcing, supplier negotiations, and investment decisions.
• Assess financial risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership, including variance analysis and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Controller should have:

• 12+ years of experience as a business controller in energy, natural resources, chemicals, or commodities.
• Strong understanding of cost principles in feedstock or commodity-based environments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Skilled in financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus, as the role involves regular communication with stakeholders based in China and Hong Kong.
• Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset.
