The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and implement multi-country rollouts by working closely with client partners and various IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-country rollout activities in partnership with client stakeholders and IT teams.




• Act as a key interface between business market teams, client IT, and development teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application business Go-live.




• Manage and execute detailed rollout plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.




• Drive communication and collaboration among various teams to resolve issues and remove barriers.




• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.




• Provide guidance and leadership throughout the rollout process.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT industry, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst




• Proven experience in Salesforce market rollouts is essential




• Client-facing role with excellent communication skills




• Good Agile & Scrum experience




• Knowledge in Jira/Confluence
