Your challenge:

• Drive measurable product outcomes by turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Perform market research to define the problem space and quantify the opportunity.
• Review current solutions to surface differentiation opportunities and potential synergies.
• Run user interviews and synthesize insights to shape a clear problem statement.
• Establish success criteria, select the right metrics, and build dashboards to monitor them.
• Assess post‑launch performance to pinpoint improvement areas and next iterations.
• Evaluate change requests for impact, validating scope, effort, and resource needs.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering solutions on Agile projects.
• Must have government projects/public sector experience.
• Holds a PMP certification or has demonstrable hands‑on practice applying project management disciplines.
• Degree/ Dip in an IT related field or Business related/ Product Management fields
• Demonstrated track record of gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting data to produce actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Full lifecycle experience collaborating with product teams to design, build, and launch products.
• Thrives under pressure, works independently, and prioritizes effectively to meet tight deadlines.
