Overview
We are looking for candidates with expertise in Global Markets business analysis, project delivery, and coordination across cross-functional teams in the financial services / banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, perform detailed analyses to identify gaps, and collaborate with technology teams to propose solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations, track project progress, and monitor risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and proactively address potential issues.
- Adhere to waterfall and agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools effectively.
- Maintain strong cross-border communication with overseas offices, leveraging English and Chinese as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, with a significant background in business analysis in the financial services / banking sector.
- Domain knowledge in global market products and system management in the finance sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domain, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, and proposing solutions with technology teams.
- 5 years of project delivery experience, leading end-to-end product delivery for FX systems and new implementations; ability to track progress, risks, dependencies, and constraints and to provide regular status updates.
- Experience with FX / structured products systems (front-to-back trading systems).
- Proficient in waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead initiatives with ownership.
- Methodical, analytical, and organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-border communication with overseas offices.
Technical & Methodology Skills
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements; identifying system/process gaps; and proposing effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
