Job Scope

• Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end‑to‑end system and process delivery and testing.
• Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in banking.
• Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re‑engineer processes, and implement operational solutions.
• Ensure smooth operational rollout.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Re‑engineer the end‑to‑end process, analyze and review operations solutions.
• Implement automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review and document requirements artifacts.
• Review functional specifications and process definition documents.
• Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test cases are executed within UAT schedule.
• Post‑production support, review production issues, track them to closure.
• Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Skillsets (Good to have)

• At least 3 years experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives.
• Preferably project life cycle experience in Financial Services, including Consumer Banking Operations, Customer Centre, Wealth/Loan/CASA product knowledge.
• Education: Bachelor/Diploma Degree holder.
