You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure smooth delivery from designthrough UAT and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Document user stories, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications.
• Work closely with software and technical leads to translate requirements into system designs.
• Manage requirements lifecycle and traceability using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training after deployment.

Requirements
