What the role is:

You will be part of a dynamic team supporting construction project management, delivery and related functions for the public housing programme. Your main responsibilities are to drive effective stakeholder engagement, developing and implementing strategies, whilst ensuring comprehensive project reporting across all phases of construction projects.

What you will be working on:
  • Serve as a vital link between project teams, diverse stakeholders and senior management
  • Strategize and coordinate with agencies on development issues and solutioning
  • Facilitate communication and meetings across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring that all parties remain informed of project progress, milestones, and any emerging challenges
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and produce regular reports that enable informed decision-making at all organisational levels
  • Deliver project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment across all parties involved in construction activities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems that track performance indicators and issues
  • Identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement within construction projects
  • Handle feedback and improvement works for projects
  • Participate in studies covering safety, quality, environmental management, construction productivity, and construction practices
What we are looking for:

You should have a good background in any discipline and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to ensure effective stakeholder coordination and comprehensive project reporting. The ideal candidate must be analytical, self-motivated, meticulous and function as an effective team player. You should possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong IT proficiency is essential, particularly competency in Microsoft Office suite applications. Prior experience in public communications, the construction industry, or related fields would be highly advantageous. Successful candidates will be offered a 2‑year contract.
