Job summary

Job description

What the role is:

The successful candidate will be exposed to various aspects of building works, i.e. architectural, structural and M&E works. You will be trained on good construction practices, work procedures and quality standards.

What you will be working on:

You will conduct in-process quality, safety, housekeeping, and night audits to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. You will be required to conduct hand-over inspections for newly completed flats to ensure that they meet HDB's quality standards and conduct final inspection to ensure good workmanship before taking over the properties. You will also handle post construction feedback & improvement works and play a coordination role in related tasks to help manage the project team consisting of contractors and consultants. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

What we are looking for:

You should possess a good background in any discipline but a background in Engineering, Building or related disciplines/work experience will be preferred. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition and good communication skills. You are expected to exhibit professionalism, dedication, and sound technical knowledge in carrying out your duties. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract.
