• Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes.
• Appraise the suitability of construction techniques and method statements.
• Carry out simple design calculations.
• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the project.
• Supervise and monitor the project's progress.
• Solve technical problems encountered.
• Correspond with Client, Consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction is done according to specific drawings and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors for all projects.
• Oversee the Project Quality Plan implementation.
• Ensure the implementation of safety regulations.
