Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our English language training programs to Brazilian students and communities in Singapore.
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships with Brazilian corporates, educational agencies, and community associations to drive student enrolment.
- Identify and grow connections within Brazilian networks, schools, and organizations to expand market reach.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, including lead generation, conversion, and retention goals.
- Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and community activities relevant to the Brazilian market.
Requirements
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker or fluent in Portuguese, with strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or education marketing, preferably within the language training or education sector.
- Solid B2B resources and experience dealing with corporate clients.
- Strong network within Brazilian communities in Singapore or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
