Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Brand Ambassador (Retail) to represent our products and deliver a memorable customer experience. This role involves being the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a welcoming retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service at the retail outlet.
• Engage customers by sharing product knowledge and brand story.
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management and display arrangements.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions or events.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or brand promotion preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and confident in engaging customers.
• Passionate about premium lifestyle products (interest in tea or F&B is a plus).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
