Job description
Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, and manage multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) to support engineering change orders (ECOs) and production workflows
  • Configure and maintain master data in enterprise systems such as SAP and Shop Floor Control (SFC) for accurate routing, material, and process control
  • Collaborate with design and packaging engineering teams to optimize rack-level packaging for manufacturability and assembly efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional implementation of BOM and material change activities, ensuring alignment with global engineering, procurement, and production teams
  • Provide on-site engineering support during high-volume production to troubleshoot process deviations and drive root cause analysis
  • Lead and participate in Lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to improve process yield, efficiency, and cycle time
  • Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) qualifications, including process validation, line readiness, and production ramp-up support
  • Support audit readiness and compliance by maintaining documentation and participating in ISO 9001/14001 audit activities
Requirements
  • Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Engineering, with preference given to candidates specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing disciplines
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including customers, headquarters, factory teams, colleagues, and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and hands-on approach to technical challenges
  • Demonstrated capability to manage tasks and projects independently, exercising sound judgment and minimal supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to process compliance and operational excellence
