A global gaming firm located in Singapore is looking for a candidate proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin for operations in their Board Secretary Office. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Corporate Secretary Office with the day-to-day operations and administrative matters of overseas subsidiaries/entities, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
  • Support the Board Secretary in liaising with and coordinating external professional advisors, including BVI counsel and U.S. legal counsel, on relevant matters.
  • Handle overseas entity billing reconciliation, expense reimbursement/application, invoice collection, and follow up on related approval workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, and supervisory board meetings, including meeting materials compilation, filing, archiving, and access/checkout records.
  • Organize, maintain, and safeguard documentation and corporate records of overseas entities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
  • Maintain and update regulatory information for directors, supervisors, and senior management, and support related regulatory filings and procedures.
  • Support the Board Secretary in advancing corporate governance standardization and compliance initiatives, and take on routine administrative and operational tasks within the Board Secretary Office.
  • Manage the shareholder register and support equity-related matters such as share issuance, changes, pledges, and other corporate actions, ensuring proper execution and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of handling cross-border communication and documentation; willing to undertake short-term overseas business travel as needed.
  • Mandatory fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and written) is required for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or related fields are preferred.
  • Prior experience in a listed company’s Board Secretary Office / Investor Relations / Corporate Governance function is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other workplace tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with strong capabilities in document management, information organization, and detail-oriented execution.
  • Valid driver’s license and proficient driving skills are preferred. Access to a personal vehicle is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Roblox or similar UGC platforms; being an experienced Roblox player is a strong plus.
