Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of BIM and VDC experience for Manager role.
• 6+ years of BIM and VDC experience for Deputy Manager role.
• Accreditation in DDM Tier 2 or equivalent skills.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee BIM and VDC processes for project success.
• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans to meet project requirements.
• Facilitate Integrated Concurrent Engineering sessions for coordination.
• Oversee modeling, clash detection, and project insights.
• Mentor BIM and VDC team to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
