Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Development & Management

• Create, maintain, and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure all models comply with company and project BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions.
• Set up project BIM environments, including worksets, shared coordinates, and file structures.

2. Coordination & Clash Detection

• Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, Revit, or similar.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track and resolve coordination issues through BIM collaboration platforms.

3. Documentation & Deliverables

• Generate construction documentation, including plans, sections, schedules, and 3D views.
• Support project teams in preparing BIM-related deliverables required by clients or authorities.
• Extract accurate quantities and data for cost estimation or planning.

4. BIM Standards & Best Practices

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP), workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Train and support project teams on BIM tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with international/regional BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

5. Digital Construction & Technology Support

• Assist in implementing digital tools such as CDE platforms (Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect).
• Research and evaluate new BIM technologies to enhance productivity.
• Support integration with related tools—4D planning, 5D cost, FM models, etc.
