Location: Ang Mo Kio + Client Sites

Salary Range: $3500 - $4000 + Performance Bonus

Working Hours & Days: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure the smooth execution of site work.

Supervise and track the progress of sub-contractors' work, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors for the timely arrangement of materials, equipment, and tools.

Accurately interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction drawings.

Ensure all installation works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, the Project Quality Plan, and relevant standards.

Assist the Site/Project Manager in monitoring overall project progress and adherence to schedules.

Maintain document control to ensure only the latest versions of contracts, drawings, and method statements are used on-site.

Perform any other related duties as assigned to support project success.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, specifically in new building construction
• Proven hands‑on experience with the M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) scope of work is essential
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP construction drawings
