About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller cum Coordinator to join our dynamic team at He Zhan Construction Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Construction team, you will play a vital role in driving our company's digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects. This full-time position is based in Boon Keng, Central Region.

What you’re doing

• Develop BIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications from Engineers.
• Develop BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.
• Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.
• Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.
• Work with sub con to co-ordinate with their model to be implement on site and co-ordinate the model with them
• Producing RFA/RFI from the model
• Conducting ICE with client and PM on regular basic
• Able to Integrate VDC into the project upon completion of BIM model
• Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings
• Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in BIM related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as BIM Modeller
• Proficient with C&S 2D/3D Models
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork, MS Word, Excel & Acrobat
