Qualifications

• Diploma holder, with or without prior experience in the field.
• Hands-on experience in BIM projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D BIM models and adjust drawings as needed.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting support.
• Coordinate and manage the BIM model effectively.
• Ensure BIM projects comply with authorities’ guidelines.

Skills

Basic proficiency in Civil 3D

Familiarity with BIM and submission standards

Education

Job Responsibilities

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities
• Maintain and perform document control
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, with or without prior experience.
• Familiarity with BIM and submission standards; hands-on experience in BIM projects is a plus.
• Required skills include basic proficiency in Civil 3D and Revit.
