Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to be responsible for updating construction models and preparing 3D models for temporary facilities. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) and 3 years of BIM Modeling experience. Excellent coordination skills are required for communication with team members to ensure clarity and completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing updating of the model to construction and as-built status.
• Assist in Civil, structural & Architectural 3D model & 2D drawings submissions.
• Prepare the 3D model for temporary facilities.
• Responsible for BIM Modeling and coordination.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members for clarifications.
