Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D models and shop drawings. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the local construction industry and proficiency in Revit. Responsibilities include ensuring models comply with standards and coordinating with sub-contractors for updates. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This role is located in the East of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in local construction.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D models and shop drawings.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D models according to latest information.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM models.

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Working Location: East
