Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Update and refine BIM models (Revit) to reflect design revisions and as-built conditions accurately.
• Generate 2D drawings (AutoCAD) from BIM models for design reviews, construction use, and project requirements.
• Review drawings against BIM models, identify inconsistencies, and escalation queries to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare BIM-related submission materials and ensure alignment with architectural and civil design standards.
• Work closely with architects and system-wide service contractors to ensure compliance with BIM requirements and support coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to LTA projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with strong skills in 2D/3D CAD drafting using AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and construction workflows.
• Collaborative team player with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $4,000 to $4,500
