About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated BIM models for design, construction, and facility management purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings from BIM models.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to ensure clash-free and integrated models.
• Assist in clash detection and support project teams with resolving coordination issues.
• Update models and drawings to reflect design changes and construction requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD (Level of Detail), and client requirements.
• Support BIM execution plans and workflows in line with project goals.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators/Managers for project documentation and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM Modelling for MEP projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD (knowledge of Dynamo, BIM 360, or other BIM software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of MEP services, construction processes, and BIM standards.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM (time and cost integration).
