Responsibilities

• Develop and design the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system.
• Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare documentation.
• Conduct inspections and testing post-installation.
• Provide construction drawings and support testing during project execution.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Design duct sizing through manual calculations and software tools.
• Size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.
• Assist senior modelers in preparing Combined Services Drawings.
