A leading construction and project management company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager/Coordinator/Modeller. The candidate will manage BIM documentation standards, coordinate between various engineering disciplines, and ensure successful project delivery. Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of experience using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Bentley. Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years minimum experience in using BIM authoring and review software.
• Experience in using visual documentation and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Architecture, MEP and Structural coordination and execute proper BIM documentation standards.
• Obtain and collate construction works progress updates from each site.
• Monitor submissions status and collate all approved materials, samples, RFIs and shop drawings.
• Manage implementation of VDC/BIM policies and standards developed by company.
• Prepare a well-structured BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for site execution.
