Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Coordination
   • Develop and manage Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
   • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks or Solibri.
   • Utilize Rhino for complex parametric modeling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall systems (preferred).
2. Technical Documentation
   • Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs from BIM models.
   • Generate BIM coordination reports and updates for stakeholders.
3. Project Collaboration
   • Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors to align workflows and resolve technical issues.
   • Act as a liaison between design and construction teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
4. Quality Assurance
   • Validate model accuracy, adherence to standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan), and compliance with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
5. Innovation & Process Improvement
   • Implement BIM best practices and explore advanced tools (e.g., Dynamo, Enscape) for automation and visualization.

Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience
  • 3+ years of BIM experience in architecture/curtain wall projects, preferably in Singapore or international settings.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/MEP) and Rhino with Grasshopper (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 collaboration tools.
• Language
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) for client/stakeholder communication.
