💰 Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500 per month

About the Role

Our client, a reputable construction firm, is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to take a lead role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities across multi-disciplinary projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, coupled with solid coordination and communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all BIM deliverables meet design intent, construction standards, and project-specific requirements. Applicants with prior experience managing BIM workflows and who can showcase successful projects they have coordinated will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and maintain 3D BIM models for Architecture, Structure, and/or MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit or similar software.
• Manage and coordinate BIM execution plans (BEP), model structures, templates, and naming conventions across project teams.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design coordination and clash resolution.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and oversee the integration of models from multiple disciplines.
• Implement and maintain BIM workflows, standards, and project-specific protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Review and update models based on design revisions, site changes, and client feedback.
• Support project delivery by providing model-based information for quantity take-offs, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Provide guidance and technical support to BIM Modellers and junior team members.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in BIM coordination within the building or construction sector.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is preferred.
• Strong understanding of multi‑disciplinary coordination, construction sequencing, and documentation workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Candidates must be prepared to present examples of BIM projects previously coordinated to demonstrate technical competence and coordination capabilities.
