Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to produce and manage project drawings and coordinate BIM workflows. The role requires proficiency in BIM software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla, along with a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination. You will work closely with project teams, facilitate meetings, and ensure the accuracy of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator preferred.
• Experience with integration and maintenance of 3D BIM models.
• Ability to manage accurate project drawings throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain and update project drawings accurately.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
