Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Billing, Customer Fulfilment and Collection operation support.
• Develop and optimize business processes using digital systems.
• Perform analysis of business processes for efficiency and productivity.
• Manage billing system projects to ensure objectives are met.
• Team leader for operational functions.
