As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state‑of‑the‑art research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in the development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL processes to meet performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
  • Partner with process module engineers (e.g., etch, deposition, lithography) to improve device and yield performance in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams including end customers, FEOL/BEOL Integration, Device, Defect Reduction, Reliability, Quality, and external customers to support milestones and resolve technical queries.
  • Design, execute, and analyze results from Design of Experiments (DOE) to solve complex process engineering issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement mitigation plans for yield or performance problems.
  • Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products, within safety guidelines.
  • Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a wide range of complex systems for multiple products, within safety guidelines.

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.
