Job summary

A leading behavior therapy organization in Singapore seeks behavior therapists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Candidates will receive comprehensive training, teach children using ABA principles, and conduct home-based sessions. Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires a degree in Psychology or Education, a strong desire to work with children, and good interpersonal skills. The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $2,500 to $2,700 per month.

Our Special Story believes in empowering children’s learning, enabling their independence and enriching their quality of life. We provide quality and individualised Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. We aspire to give children with special needs equal opportunities to learn and grow.

Teaching children with autism is challenging and requires dedication, enthusiasm and patience. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with children with special needs and possess the right attitude. Comprehensive training in ABA will be provided prior to starting the position. You will learn how to manage behaviours; engage and play with children; and carry out various strategies to teach and prompt children with autism effectively.

You will
  • Receive comprehensive ABA training.
  • Teach children with autism spectrum disorder and special needs using Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
  • Provide home based 1-on-1 sessions.
  • Provide school shadowing services to children in mainstream schools.
  • Prompt students and assist Case Supervisors during group classes.
  • Receive regular training and supervision and continually improve your skills.
  • Work with a supportive, passionate and fun team.
  • Gain meaningful satisfaction and fulfilment working with children with special needs
