1. Plan and Conduct theoretical and practical training onvarious treatments and techniques
2. Conduct product knowledge training and treatmentprotocol
3. Collaborating closely with marketing team (to organiseand conduct promotional and marketing activities such as Beauty workshops,seminars, product launches and livestreaming events)
4. To furnish company with the latest marketingdevelopment and beauty information. Eg: competitors’ activities and marketingstrategies and latest technologies.
5. Work closely with management team to monitor andevaluate on staff’s training needs.
6. Service development : Plan, create and execute new spatreatments and review existing treatments (involves liaising with product andequipment suppliers)
7. To perform any other ad hoc job duties as required.
