Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client complaints.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure equipment is operational.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
