Job Responsibilities:

Promote company’s skincare products to customers

Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally

Educate & offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.

Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.

Providing an exceptional level of customer service

Handle phone and walk in customers enquiries

Build rapport with customers and ensure a long term relationship with customers

Be presentable and maintains good conduct

Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

Assist in the maintenance of store housekeeping

Requirements:

Preferably with retail sales experience

Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills

Proven sales track record
