Job description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized BD & Support Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Research, develop, and manage an extensive international network of business partners, and plan prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities to drive client growth.
• Draft company and client presentations, industry-related articles, and research reports.
• Support client relationship management, including client due diligence and onboarding, documentation, reporting, and ongoing support.

Investment

• Research and analyze companies, individual securities, investment asset classes, industries, and market/economic trends, and prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor the performance of existing and proposed investments, and prepare or review periodic investor reports.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the finance industry, including business development and/or investment management.
• Degree in business, finance, or a related field, with knowledge of fund management, investments, and finance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve client and product needs/issues, or elevate as necessary.
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
• High sense of urgency and effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
