Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client communications, underwriting decisions, and service agreements.
  • Support underwriters in achieving strong retention rates for the assigned portfolio by following agreed processes and underwriting authority, with the aim of securing profitable business aligned with the company’s risk appetite.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall profitability and growth objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and intermediaries to enhance satisfaction, trust, and long‑term collaboration.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities while maintaining a high renewal conversion rate.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in insurance or a related field.
  • Preferably holding CGI certification or an equivalent insurance qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build rapport with intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
  • Keen to learn new skills and expand technical knowledge.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive in responding to the evolving general insurance landscape.
