The Alkaff Mansion is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages across its venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service at the bar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with bar and service teams to deliver seamless food and beverage experiences.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar F&B role is preferred.
