Bartender Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation & Service: Mix and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, to meet customer orders.
• Customer Interaction: Greet guests, take their orders, and ensure they have a positive and relaxing experience.
• Inventory & Stocking Monitor and manage bar supplies, including liquors, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, restocking them as needed.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, sanitary, and organized, washing glassware, utensils, and wiping down surfaces.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Process customer payments accurately using cash and credit card systems and manage open tabs.
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age, monitor for signs of intoxication, and deny service to intoxicated individuals as required by law.
